This hotel is located 5 mins from New Delhi train station. As a family of 3 travelling we had become used to the extra bed being a somewhat dirty and uncomfortable small foam mattress on the floor. Hotel The Pearl provides an extra double fold out bed that is super comfortable and a relief after a long train journey. The room, staff and breakfast is top notch and price of the room excellent value for money!! I highly recommend this hotel for families or individuals..

The breakfast was amazing with complimentary bottled water and instant coffee, enjoyed what was offered. It was just off Karol Bagh and Cannaught place, Close to railway station and the old town and commercial center, great and pleasant location overall. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby...

The hotel is an ideal place for both business and personal visits. Mouth watering food and excellent modern ambiance. Helpful and friendly staff added more to our experience. The location is also really very good as all places were easily accessible. Basically, a modern boutique hotel with value for money that we will highly recommend. And compared to other hotels in which we stayed all across India, The Pearl definitely provides significantly more services for less. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better living experience in Delhi!

Good central location not far from New Delhi railway station. Rooms at a higher standard than other offerings in the area, but more expensive as a result. Probably worth it. The staff were helpful and professional. They were very obliging with rearranging one of our bookings. We also received free room upgrades on two nights, which was unexpected and pleasant. Over our stay we enjoyed the gymnasium and the Movie theater that they had you can have on demand movies watching titanic alone with my with with in that theater was amazing experience Overall, a positive experience.
Restaurant is Under maintenance, but food was amazing..

Clean and well-appointed rooms. The cuisine and room service were excellent. One standout was Mr. Rahul Thapa, who provided outstanding room service. The prices for all items were very reasonable. The hotel also had an airport taxi service upon request, which was convenient. Despite some drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a free airport pick-up
- Upon arrival (in the middle of the night) our room was not cleaned. Tissues, hair, dirt, bathroom still wet, but they would not give us another room. Said there were no other rooms vacant...They didn't even apologise!?! They send someone over to clean it more or less, and that was it!! A disgrace! - Breakfast very poor - No WiFi in room - No hot water (apparently you have to ask, but how was I supposed to know when they don't tell you!?!)

Our stay was really great, thoroughly enjoyed reasonably good and rich breakfasts.
The food was high quality overall. Location: the hotel was not far from Cannaught place as well as airport link. We had goodies and coffee at Karen Cafe Roof Top, it was located near the venue.

I'm sorry. Nothing. And I travel all the time, so I can compare...
As we were 2 adult and a kid we booked a family room. Unluckily this room has no windows. The cool pictures on the site are over promising and have nothing to do ith the reality.. Stay away from this hotel it's a pure rip off. Breakfast buffet was included in the price. Unluckily there is no breakfast buffet. There is even no breakfast room. Hospitality business is something they never heard of. On top they give you a feeling of insecurity. They constantly check your room to check if you well closed down light and ac when you're out of the room. In the first half our after check in at least 5 people get one after the other to your room with all kind of reasons. They only want to get tips. Stay away
